We design Hearthwoven pieces to be lived with — not treated delicately. If the weave fails, we make it right.

What’s covered (for life):

- Unraveling, splitting, or separation of the woven structure under normal home use

- Seams coming apart

- Abnormal fraying that affects function

- Color fading beyond normal wear when cared for as recommended

What we’ll do:
If a covered issue happens at any time, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge, including shipping.
Just contact us with your order number and a few photos.

What’s not covered:

- Damage from pets (chewing, clawing), sharp objects, burns, bleach, or misuse

- Accidental damage (stains, spills, tearing from pulling/snags)

- Commercial laundering or care outside our instructions

- Normal wear like minor pilling, softening, or fringe tangling over time

    2.  2–3 clear photos of the issue
